A new state-of-the-art facility to mass-produce transformers has been commissioned in the year 1996. URJA delivers innovative technologies, solutions, products and services to a wide range of customers in the transmission and distribution sector. The breadth and depth of its expertise enables URJA to offer sales during the entire product life cycle from design and development to manufacturing, installation and management wherever necessary. URJA’s designing unit is well equipped with the latest version of 3D software that enables it to incorporate modern designing concept to design high performance and reliable transformers which will meet all the specifications of its clients within stipulated time frame.

   :: Up-gradation, Repair & Overhauling ::

URJA’s site operations are divided into three major segments such as (a) Oil Filtration (b) Testing and (c) Maintenance, encompassing the following facilities viz. (i) Annual Maintenance contracts (ii) Earth/Structure testing (iii) Sub-Station/Control Panel/Standby/D.G. erection and maintenance. URJA is well positioned with all machinery, tools and testing equipments to carryout these facilities.
URJA repairs, refurbishes and upgrades Transformers up to 10 MVA, and has complete facilities available for augmentation and repairs.

URJA operates a fleet of transformers upto 2500 kVA available quickly to customers on rental basis.
